I focused on teaching and counseling in Human Resource Development and Organizational Behaviour, especially its cross-cultural aspects.
At this moment I place a priority on social networking, and managing organizational networks. I’m interested in collaboration with academics and professionals including discussions, researches, writing articles and so on.
